We’re hiring an Affiliate, Influencer & Partnerships Principal to lead relationship-driven growth programs across client accounts. This is a senior, demonstrated-expertise role for someone who deeply understands publisher ecosystems, creator partnerships, and third-party commerce platforms—and who can operate comfortably across strategy, execution, and client leadership.

You will own affiliate and influencer programs end to end: shaping strategy, building campaigns, managing platforms and publisher relationships, drafting briefs and contracts, and delivering measurable outcomes. This role works closely with Monark’s paid media, lifecycle, social, and brand leads to ensure partnerships are integrated into broader marketing plans.

What You’ll Do

This role is equal parts strategist, operator, and relationship builder. You’ll design partnership programs that drive revenue, brand authority, and long-term value—while managing execution with clarity and rigor.

  • Lead affiliate, influencer, and partnership strategy across assigned client accounts
  • Build and manage affiliate programs using platforms such as ShopMy, LTK, ShareASale, Impact, Skimlinks, or similar tools
  • Own publisher and creator relationships, including outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing performance management
  • Design campaign concepts and partnership activations aligned to seasonal launches, product drops, and brand priorities
  • Draft clear briefs, scopes, and partnership agreements (including commission structures, timelines, and deliverables)
  • Coordinate content expectations, usage rights, whitelisting, and amplification where applicable
  • Track performance across placements, creators, and partners; synthesize insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal creative, social, paid, and lifecycle teams to ensure integrated execution
  • Maintain organized trackers for outreach, placements, contracts, and reporting
  • Present results, learnings, and next-step recommendations directly to clients

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–12+ years of experience across affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or publisher relationships
  • Deep familiarity with affiliate and creator platforms, including ShopMy and similar third-party commerce tools
  • Proven track record of securing high-quality placements and partnerships (examples required)
  • Strong experience building campaigns—not just managing always-on programs
  • Excellent written communication skills, including briefing, pitching, and contract drafting
  • Confident client-facing presence with the ability to lead strategy discussions
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple programs simultaneously
  • Bonus: experience working with apparel, beauty, or lifestyle brands

Role Details

  • Type: Part-Time (freelance/contractor hourly)
  • Location: Remote; hybrid option available for candidates in the Philadelphia area
  • Schedule: Flexible hours, typically 10–20 hours/week depending on client load
  • Compensation: $100–$150/hour, based on experience and program complexity
