Monark & Co. is hiring a Fractional Marketing Director to lead client engagements across strategy, planning, and performance. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in the intersection of brand and performance, and who brings the ability to zoom out on commercial priorities while also rolling up their sleeves to drive weekly execution and accountability.
You’ll act as a strategic lead across multiple clients—often founder- or CMO-led brands—with the ability to craft growth roadmaps, orchestrate channel owners (paid, lifecycle, affiliate, social, etc.), and bring clarity to business-level goals. You should be comfortable owning client communication and guiding small cross-functional teams through marketing calendars, campaign development, planning cycles, and reporting.
This is a fractional consulting role (10–20 hours/week) with flexibility to scale based on client load and preferences. You’ll also be supported by coordinators, graphic designers, and other specialists across the Monark & Co. network.
