About Monark & Co.
Monark & Co. is a marketing consultancy partnering with high-growth, design-forward brands across fashion, wellness, lifestyle, and CPG. We operate as embedded growth and retention experts—driving smart, scalable strategies across lifecycle, performance, and brand marketing.
We’re hiring a Paid Media Coordinator to support campaign execution, reporting, and cross-channel coordination across paid social, affiliate, influencer, and partnership marketing. This is a great role for someone who’s organized, curious, data-literate, and eager to grow into a broader performance marketing role.
You’ll work closely with our principals and consultants to support paid media efforts across a range of clients—and you’ll be part of a larger cross-functional team that includes strategists, designers, and coordinators working collaboratively under the Monark & Co. umbrella.
What You’ll Do
This role blends task management, reporting, and campaign support across multiple paid and earned channels. You’ll help with campaign planning, manage creative and product inputs, and keep timelines on track—while also diving into performance data and preparing reporting decks with clear takeaways.
- Assist with setup, QA, and tracking for paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and affiliate platforms
- Support influencer and affiliate outreach: sourcing creators, managing tracking links, and updating trackers
- Monitor performance trends and help prepare weekly/monthly reports and recap decks
- Maintain creative trackers and asset handoffs across channels and platforms
- Collaborate with consultants and clients to track key action items and campaign deadlines
- Conduct light research to support new channel or partner exploration
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing or media
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or affiliate platforms a plus
- Interest in influencer, affiliate, and performance marketing strategy
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and a love of organized data
- Excellent attention to detail and a natural sense of accountability
- Clear communication skills—both written and verbal
- Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
- Bonus: experience with Canva, Photoshop, or Figma for light creative edits

- Location: Remote; hybrid option available for candidates in the Philadelphia area
- Schedule: Flexible hours, approx. 10–20 hours/week
