What You’ll Do

This is not just an executional role—we’re looking for someone who can manage all moving parts of an account while thinking critically about what comes next. You’ll shape strategy, maintain tight processes, and execute campaigns that move the needle. You’ll need to be confident in managing timelines, communications, and testing priorities—while jumping in on segmentation logic, QA, and platform setup as needed.

You’ll also contribute to reporting and insights in a meaningful way—going beyond the numbers to identify what’s working, what’s not, and what we should do next.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact on 1–2 client accounts, managing both day-to-day deliverables and long-term strategy
  • Maintain shared marketing calendars, ensure deadlines are met, and lead client updates with clarity and confidence
  • Build and QA campaigns, flows, and segments in Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, and similar platforms
  • Propose and implement A/B testing strategies with clear hypotheses and structured rollout plans
  • Analyze performance data using Excel (pivot tables required), Google Analytics, Triple Whale, and Shopify
  • Own reporting prep and delivery—turning data into actionable insight and channel evolution
  • Collaborate with creative and coordinator support to push deliverables forward quickly and cleanly
  • Help guide roadmap-level thinking, integrating channel best practices and platform advancements

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–9 years of direct experience in email and SMS marketing
  • Proven ability to own and run client accounts independently
  • Excellent communication and project management skills—confident, clear, and proactive
  • Deep fluency in platforms like Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, and relevant integrations
  • Experience creating and executing A/B testing roadmaps and strategic testing plans
  • Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables) and reporting tools like Google Slides or PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, Triple Whale, or equivalent platforms
  • Strong instincts for QA, copy editing, and creative collaboration—even if not your core responsibility
  • A team-oriented mindset—willing to jump in, support others, and move things forward
